I’m a marketing designer at ClearVoice, company that offers managed content creation services at scale from a large pool of vetted, high quality freelancers.
The marketing team was a small group of 5 inspiring, hardworking individuals who have created a highly efficient system to output high production of marketing collateral such as informational sheets, decks, email campaigns, long form content pieces, ebooks, blog posts, swag, and website design. I’ve contributed to all of these projects and more. Within my time at ClearVoice, I rebranded the entire brand in 3 months alongside my co-designer, all while being a 2 person design team.
Branding.
Worked in a 2 person design team to redesign the entire brand, including colors, fonts, logo, voice, and treatment. The brand hadn’t been refreshed for 7 years, so it needed a serious overhaul to be more align to the modern target audience.
Website design.
Worked alongside agency to redesign the entire ClearVoice website to be updated to the newly implemented 2022 rebrand. Designed web page layouts and graphics.
Newsletters.
Designed weekly newsletters and campaign emails. All emails were built in Hubspot.
Blog posts.
Designed thousands of unique blog images (1 hero and several inline images for each post) for 5-7 posts a week.
Social media.
Designed social media posts for various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Ebooks.
Designed ebooks for various marketing purposes.

Designed various one sheets for sales enablement, including customer story PDFs.
Decks.
Beautified presentation decks for both internal and external use. All deck collateral was designed in Google Slides.
Infographics.
Created various infographics to support blog and social media content.
Print.
In our old branding, I created a series of freelancer empowerment stickers as swag that were used in a company giveaway. I also designed company business cards, folders, notebooks, and various swag.
