A dedicated mobile app and promotion website to help kids learn and apply empathy.
Empathy Buddy was a social good design study to create an app that feels like an interactive pet game while helping the user learn empathy and commit to applying their learnings into their life. The goal of the project was to make an engaging interface with highly satisfying incentives to keep the user coming back daily until their goals are met.
The design process consisted of building personas, creating a user flow, researching and testing prototypes, and implementing branding and design. The branding and user flow was built to feel exciting, engaging, and captivating.
